Shipping is tracked through our courier partner, and a parcel link or code will be provided via email once the order is processed.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping to most countries around the world. Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the items in your cart, the destination of your order, and the shipping method you choose. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery times vary depending on your location. Typically, international orders are delivered within 7-14 business days. Shipping is tracked through our courier partner, and a parcel link or code will be provided via email once the order is processed.

Customs and Import Duties: Please note that customs and import duties may apply to international orders, and these fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Charle Dezigns is not responsible for any delays or additional fees incurred during the customs process.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that sometimes a return is necessary, and we are committed to making this process as easy as possible for our customers.
